Group Work
CCM provides various group services that can be tailor-made for each school. The following are examples: Coping Skills, Communication Skills, Your Identity in Christ, Building Healthy Relationships. Most groups are limited to 8-10 students per group for maximum effectiveness. The group sessions typically last from 60-90 minutes per session. Two counselors will be available during each group to best serve and attend to students.

Individual Counseling
Students who wish to initiate individual counseling must call our main office at 610-295-9499 to set up an appointment with one of our counselors. Students referred by the school will receive a partnership discount.

On-Site Available Counselor
CCM can provide a counselor on-site for full or half days to provide supportive counseling.

Consultation Services
CCM can be available for consultation for teachers and administrators regarding programming and school climate.

Classroom Training
CCM can provide several training sessions for a classroom that may be struggling with a specific topic. The counselor will have a lesson with activities with the students and suggestions for the teachers.

Peer Listening Trainings
CCM believes that youth who are mature and trained with the proper skills can be on the front lines for ministering to their peers. Through group training, we can empower selected students to provide listening and leadership skills to classmates who are in need of emotional support. These students can also identify peers who are in need of more professional help and encourage them to seek it out.  CCM will train students “hand-picked” by the staff and students who demonstrate the character qualities to take on this role. There are typically 6-8 sessions of training (once per week), with a maximum of 15 students participating.

Training for Teachers, Administrators and Families
CCM loves educating others about the importance of mental health. CCM can provide training such as:

  • Teacher Wellness

  • Avoiding Burnout

  • Warning Signs of Mental Health Needs and Substance Use in Children

  • Creating A Wellness Culture in the Classroom

  • General Internet Safety

  • Understanding Trauma

  • Psychological First Aid
